Shipping policy
We currently ship via UPS, FEDEX or USPS using either standard shipping or priority mail.
- Most orders will ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
- During peak times, it may take a couple of days longer to ship but please know that we’re working diligently to ship your orders as soon as possible
- All orders are shipped from our store in Maryland and shipping time will largely depend on your distance from us.
- If you selected standard shipping, your order should arrive within 2-7 days after it leaves the store. Priority, you should receive your order within 1-3 days.
- This is not a guarantee, but we will always make our best effort. You can track your order with the tracking number emailed you upon shipping. If you order never reaches you, please contact your local postal office with the tracking number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the UPS or USPS
